Current•Talent Acquisition Advisor experienced with direct-sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ClearanceJobs, ClearedJobs and Boolean, X-Ray, etc.•Ability to utilize networking tools and resources to identity qualified and diverse talent. Able to find, identify and engage talent with niche skillsets. •Proficiency using various ATS systems. Daily use of Workday. •Demonstrated ability to partner and work effectively and efficiently with clients and managers on all levels within CACI. •Ability to build IT, Engineering and Technical professional talent pools/pipelines for DoD security cleared positions (e.g. Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, etc.) (previously for the National Security and Innovative Solutions (NSIS) Engineering Solutions and Services (ES2)) team and currently supporting Information Technology recruitment for Talent Delivery. •Close out job offers for selected candidates for hire and successfully move them through the offer and hiring process. Negotiating salary and explaining company benefits offerings. •Experience with OFCCP compliance and audits. Well-versed in navigating the Federal Contractor sector.•Strong understanding of technology and technical terminology.•Over 20 years experience with MS Windows, MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and video conferencing tools (WebEx, Zoom, Skype).•Experience building great relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, internal and external clients and partners, as well as potential applicants/prospective candidates.•Excellent team player and supportive team member.
