Developing and managing the indiret channel approach-to-market, working with distributors, agents, and original equipment manufacturers (OEM´s) under a double digit growth objective that ended up at 2 MM € as Operating plan for 2013. Among other functions I had to manage sales, quality issues, T&C´s, advisory and technical training and seminars to customers on different product lines such as Pure water membranes, RO system design, cartridge filtration, EDI stacks and EDI system design and platform equipment (sikds). I was recognized by GE with the “team of the Year 2010” and “Commercial Excellence award -3Q 2010”

Area Levante (Spain)

Leading turnkey project sales to end users (direct channel) for different industrial markets as Power, Pulp & Paper or Food & Beverage for pure water and wastewater applications by leveraging standard platform equipment designed by GE (RO skids, EDI skids, Combo systems, EDR systems). Among other functions I was responsible for prospecting, qualifying, quoting, negotiation and deal close of the proposals but not involved in execution (there was an OTR team dedicated). Operating plan was 1 MM € with double digit growth year over year.

Valencia (Spain)

Chemical and Monitoring System Account Manager (Valencia region, Spain) managing 21different accounts with an annual turnover of 0.5 MM € from several different markets. Functions assigned were 50% dedicated to sales in new customers and 50% dedicated to on-site technical advisory on chemical programs (Cooling towers, boiler systems, RO chemical treatment, closed circuits...) in existing customers. I achieved a 12% (average) growth year over year and I was recognized by the company with the 2006 Eagle Award (salesman).

Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager in Totana (Murcia, Spain) serving 30.000 inhabitants. Main functions were process management and control, quality check, laboratory, manpower management (8 people), EHS management, process enhacements and to deal with the regional administration (ESAMUR).
