Financial and Banking ExecutiveCraig Sutton received his BBA and MBA from Texas Tech University after completing two years of engineering studies.Craig retired in 2021 from Rasa Floors, where he was Partner and Board Member and served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, after the private equity firm Saw Mill Capital acquired a majority interest in the company. He previously retired from Northern Trust Bank in 2011 after a long career as a financial executive in banking and industry. At Northern Trust Craig served as Sr. Private Banking Relationship Manager, leading the largest private banking practice in Texas, providing private banking, trust and wealth-advisory services to affluent individuals. Craig has extensive commercial banking experience both nationally and internationally, having served as executive vice president of First City Bank-Dallas and senior vice president of InterFirst Bank Dallas, as well as president of the smaller Fidelity Bank Dallas. At InterFirst Bank, he managed several commercial banking divisions and the investment banking and London merchant banking operations, as well as leading its international oil & gas project finance syndications in the North Sea, South America and Middle East, where he was on assignment in Iran during the revolution. At First City Bank-Dallas, he reorganized and led its branch banking organization of 15 community branches in North Texas with assets exceeding $1 billion and staff exceeding 500.During his career Craig has served as chief financial officer of an oil & gas E&P company, director of management information systems development, financial and management consultant, litigation support consultant for major law firms, and mediator. Craig and his wife, a Dallas attorney, have been active in leadership roles for several community-based organizations.
