Manage CRM and digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot including social media posts and email workflows.Manage firm WordPress website back-end to add and update attorney biographies, blog posts and other relevant information.Assist attorneys with business development objectives by providing strategic input and direction with marketing plan execution.Attend and participate in practice/industry group meetings to identify business development opportunities and assist individual attorneys as well as practice groups in their client and relationship building efforts.Write new attorney biographies using a 14-question survey designed to highlight, in addition to subject matter expertise, an attorney’s unique characteristics that distinguish them from competition.Use Canva to design and edit marketing collateral, newsletters, invitations, sponsorship ads, blog and website postings.Write news releases, client alerts, proposals, and other descriptive pieces to support business development.Plan and execute events including seminars, webinars, annual meetings, sporting events and large client gatherings.Manage execution of internal employee events including holiday parties and summer picnics.Track budget information including charitable contributions, sport ticket usage and other attorney marketing budget items.
