Throughout the Spring 2017 semester, I assisted in the production of interview videos of several activists that visited Marquette's campus in collaboration with the Political Science Department and College of Communications. I took on the role as editor during the summer to produce high quality content of the 4 international democracy activists, with the assistance of Professor Joseph V. Brown.

For 3.5 weeks, I travelled to Colombia to collaborate on a project, titled: Cosechando Historias, with 25 individuals from around the world, led by a staff from CISV Colombia. Through civilian journalism, we worked with teenagers from the small town of San Juan de Rioseco, to remember the history of the town before all is forgotten. San Juan was largely affected by the armed guerrilla group known as the FARC, and as a result, has decreased drastically in population.
