I worked within a small engagement team, within a larger pensions team. In this team I was the main writer and communications expert. My work included:* Scoping and writing communications for complex change projects such as new investment strategies –acting as the communications lead for these projects and managing a range of stakeholders within tight timescales. * Helping to scope, write and deliver an engagement strategy.* Writing the Nestlé UK Pension Fund language guidelines. * Rewriting existing communications to bring them in line with the new language guidelines. * Writing and managing the delivery of large-scale complex communications, including annual pension statements.* Redesigning the new joiner experience. * Designing interactive forms for active members.* Redesigning and rewriting website content.* Managing the relationship with our communications partners (design, printing, digital design and fulfilment of all large-scale communications).
