My passion is to provide the best patient experience I can through a combination of my skills and my compassionate heart.I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiologic Sciences with a concentration in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.I currently work as a Sonographer for a perinatology practice. My past and present responsibilities have included training and orientation of new hires as well as image review and training of other staff sonographers. I was responsible for the training and implementation of the PACS system. I have also managed the maintenance and updates to the PACS systems and assisted all physicians and employees with troubleshooting any PACS issues. In addition to these responsibilities, I also handle a busy, daily scanning schedule. I have experience with high risk obstetric exams of the first, second and third trimesters. These exams include level II ultrasounds, nuchal translucency, fetal echo, fetal testing, growth scans, and cervical lengths, as well as assist with amniocentesis and cvs. I also have experience with general, abdomen, gyn, procedures and vascular exams.I am registered RDMS in abdomen and obgyn. I am registered RDCS in Fetal Echocardiography. I have my nuchal translucency certification with NTQR. I am a registered radiographer with ARRT.
