Responsible for operational and business process support, and data integrity required to enable effective Membership operations and fundraising programs. Also responsible for executing daily and weekly tasks related to data integrity and support for Membership fundraising programs. Has primary responsibility for responding to and leading the resolution of systems, data or process issues affecting the membership team. In addition, support the identification of operational bottlenecks, redundancies, vulnerabilities and opportunities for enhanced efficiency or effectiveness, provide recommendations for process and procedure improvement, and act as a resource to the membership team on these topics.

Provide administrative and program support to Gift Planners by forecasting gift value, plan formal donor correspondence, and document planned gift activity. Responsible for various activities, including drafting correspondence and acknowledgements, assisting in timely asset transfer, performing financial calculations, and processing and recording planned gifts (bequests, charitable gift annuities, deferred gift annuities, flexible deferred gift annuities, pooled income funds, charitable remainder trusts, and gifts of real estate). Uses the fundraising management system to produce donor reports, perform analysis and research, and track prospects and donors.

Serves as initial point of contact for gift planning inquiries via mail, phone, web and other sources. Frequent interaction with staff throughout development and with vendors and staff in other Conservancy offices. Coordinated and co-coordinated various fundraising efforts such as the annual live and silent auction Furball and simi-annual Bingos which raised tens of thousands of dollars for the organization. Oversaw deliveries of nutritional products for the Sports Nutrition office at Penn State University. This operation provided nutritional products for 27 teams and over 800 student athletes. Coordinated with partners within the Athletics Department, employees in Housing and Food Services, Facilities, Nutritional Science students, and outside vendors, such as HT Hackney.
