Designed and managed a global program developed to elevate and support TNC’s highest-impact and most complex area-based protection work. Projects include debt strategies like Blue Bonds for Conservation, Indigenous-led protection efforts, private protected areas, government designated protected areas, other effective area-based conservation measures (OECMs), and Project Finance for Permanence (PFP) initiatives.

Worked collaboratively with a coalition of partners to identify and protect priority parcels along Pennsylvania’s Kittatinny Ridge, a resilient climate corridor and Globally Important Bird Area. I worked with landowners, local government, and other stakeholders to complete private forest land protection projects to preserve the ecological integrity of this "green highway."
