CurrentServes on the leadership team, manages financial and personnel matters, and provides strategic direction and leadership for business operations and initiatives. Partners with leadership to meet company goals, develop strategic plans, and perform appropriate analyses to enable robust decision-making in these areas. Establishes timely, accurate, and complete financial records and engages with leadership on results and projections. Confirms that current accounting standards and legal requirements are met. Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements. Provides recommendations for employee policies/handbook revisions as needed. Builds relationships through collaboration, communication, influence, and inclusion with company personnel, auditors, bankers, benefits administrators, attorneys, and other professional advisors.
