Working with the Management Board, COOs, and Partners, ensuring alignment across teams and functions. Key responsibilities include maintaining the Risk Management Register, delivering detailed reports including Key Risk Indicators, emerging risks and progress against mitigating actions to the Management Board to firmly embed risk management thinking into our DNA. Working together to ensure we are continuously building a resilient and trusted firm that regulators respect and clients choose.

A key member of the Operations Team working with managers and staff to deliver first class client service through quality assurance and consistent best practice.

Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance this role includes responsibility for raising awareness of Operational risk and assisting in reviewing present controls and assurances in line with the Three Lines of Defence model.Responsibilities also include data security and monitoring of adherence to the Data Protection Act, identifying and investigating potential breaches, company policy oversight, identifying and investigating fraudulent case files and liaising with our referral partners and at fault insurers. In addition I have responsibilities for completion of some areas of the Compliance Monitoring Plan.

I am currently responsible for managing a team of Technical Controllers who assess and approve referrals. The team has 2 main functions, fraud and liability assessment,which combine to reduce financial risk and improve recoverability prospects
