Catherine is a member of Korn Ferry’s Global Life Sciences Practice specializing in Medical Devices and Diagnostics. With more than 25 years of executive search experience, she works with clients from Fortune 500 companies, as well a venture capital and private equity firms in the pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic and biotech markets. Catherine specializes in recruiting C-suite, Board of Directors and senior level management positions in diverse functional areas as CEO, COO, CFO, General Management, Heads of Business Development, Chief Commercial Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Heads of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Human Resources, Manufacturing, as well as across all Research & Development functions. Previously, Catherine was an Engagement Manager with Heidrick & Struggles and a core member of the Global Life Sciences Practice. From 2006 to 2010, she was a Promotion Committee Member at the firm for Associates, Senior Associates and Engagement Managers. Catherine joined Heidrick in 2006 through the acquisition of Highland Partners, which was itself spun out of TMP Worldwide in 2003. As a Consultant and Partner for Highland, she spent a number of years in New York and Princeton, NJ, specializing in the Life Sciences Sector. Prior to joining Highland Partners, Catherine was a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry within the Global Healthcare Products Practice, based in Minneapolis and New Jersey. Prior to, she was the Research Manager/Knowledge Manager, where she was responsible for tracking and analyzing the healthcare products industry. This position required strong strategic planning skills and in-depth knowledge of companies, trends and current affairs in the industry. She began her career at Russell Reynolds Associates as a Research Assistant then Research Analyst both as a generalist, later becoming a Research Associate in the Healthcare Products Practice. Catherine earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
