Working with a team of software engineers and mechanical engineers to develop Lexmark solutions and deliver quality products to our customers. Identify gaps and opportunities that will increase efficiency and quality in firmware and software programs. Initiate and present proposals considering effort and measuring benefit of initiatives that will justify the investment. Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and leverage development teams on knowledge and technologies that can help with the task.

Responsible in designing, developing and implementing cost-effective test solutions for manufacturing across ATE platforms to address tester capacity constraints. Conducts test solution characterization and correlation for all test coverage ensuring old test platform data are replicated or improved with the proposed new platform solution determined by statistical analysis. Ensures product quality requirements by addressing customer and manufacturing related issues by creating data driven and effective long term software and hardware solutions. Develops diagnostic programs to support test and measurement quality and innovate to extend ATE systems capabilities.

Provides adequate support in repair, preventive maintenance activity and set-up of manufacturing equipment with the aim of preventing and minimizing equipment downtime. Provides analysis and recommends solution to test equipment problems. Assists engineers in the implementation of equipment improvement activities. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing support groups to address test equipment issues.
