Develop dashboards and reports that provide insight into customer behavior on llbean.com. Worked as part of a team to create a pulse of business dashboard for senior leadership, leveraging the automation capabilities of Tableau to consolidate KPIs and trends into a single location. Provided subject matter expertise to enable a smooth transition from Adobe to Google Analytics. Annually, build and execute a web analytics roadmap, supporting strategic and proactive analyses. Support the site testing team with test reads and dashboard creation.

Acted as the subject matter expert on site satisfaction as measured through ForeSee, providing analyses of Voice of Customer data to inform the scope of projects to redesign customer-facing content.

Designed and prepared regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports for multiple lines of business using various reporting tools including Business Intelligence, Excel, and Tableau. Built, troubleshot and maintained Access databases for organizing large data sets and for data entry solutions. Presented data to stakeholders, highlighting important trends and explaining changes. In early 2016, began organizing and presenting data in Lavastorm and Tableau; use of these programs was mainly self-taught. Acted as a resource for teammates and collaborated with groups across the company to achieve reporting needs. Took on additional projects as needed, including designing the quarterly Customer Support newsletter.

Collaborated with team members to provide technical assistance to IDEXX customers. Demonstrated the ability to learn quickly, multitask effectively, work efficiently and troubleshoot accurately. Established and maintained positive relationships with customers by problem-solving and building confidence. In October of 2011, was asked to support the newest IDEXX analyzer. Actively sought out new responsibilities to assist supervisors and teammates, such as loading data CDs for the calibration team. In 2012, was trained to perform those calibrations, making adjustments remotely to the analyzer while still in the field.

Engaged in field work in various National Historical Parks in NJ, NY, CT, MA, and NH capturing and processing bats for base-line species inventories and basic health assessments. Gained experience using Anabat detectors and developed mist-netting skills.

Selected to participate in summer research program (REU) funded by the National Science Foundation. Engaged in research analyzing the effect of traffic noise on avian species along U.S. Hwy 191 north of West Yellowstone. Worked with a research mentor and partner to learn to recognize area birds by sight and sound, engaged in field work including point counts and walking line transects, organized and analyzed data, and prepared a final paper and presentation.
