VetView’s project team is part of the University of Georgia. VetView was developed in close concert with its clients, including partnering Veterinary Teaching Hospitals, Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratories, and Veterinary Clinical Pathology Laboratories.As a Business Analyst with VetView, I design components and new features for the application using a UX/UI approach. I create functional specifications and mockups for our developers, assist with database and ERD design, and help write and test against new functional test scripts. I work directly with our clients whenever possible to gather requirements, and share knowledge via demonstrations and user training. As of November 2016 I have taken on the role of JIRA Release Manager for our team, helping our developers with filtering scope for each point release and managing the workload of each sprint with our lead developer.

Plum Creek is one of the largest private landowners in the US. By focusing on sustainable forestry practices, our working forests are managed to provide a perpetual timber supply to meet the needs of our company, the environment and society.Successfully completed two internal custom software projects as IT Analyst, and one project as project manager, delivered on time and under budget. Provided functional design, created test scripts and completed functional and regression testing, including cross browser testing, and delivered significant upgrades to the services as part of these projects. All projects contained significant web components. As IT analyst, helped create Service Playbooks for two custom software applications as part of the company's greater ITIL initiatives. These playbooks gathered data from multiple sources, including internal databases as well as Google Analytics. Provided continuous, ongoing Tier I and II customer support for these applications and reduced service support hours to under 10 per application per month on average.

Total Technology Solutions was founded on the principle of Total Network Management. As the only local technology company with thorough network monitoring and maintenance programming, our main goal is to fix problems before they arise.As a technician, I acted as a systems administrator in charge of monitoring the health of 45 remote server systems and approximately 600 desktops across 15 client sites. In addition to providing Tier I technical support remotely, I supported my fellow Tier II technicians by planning patch schedules, developing metric measurements for the health of the servers and the desktops, and developing documentation for all the systems used at our largest client site, Athens Orthopedic Clinic.

TeleNet services include direct B2B marketing, email broadcasting, website design, and original content development. As a marketing communication specialist, I promoted blade server systems from HP and Hitachi to prospective clients. I also worked with the QA teams to ensure high quality lead information for our clients.

DialAmerica marketing provides inbound and outbound B2B, B2C, and C2B services. I led a team of fifteen inbound call center representatives for Special Programs, providing high quality customer service and ordering services for multiple Fortune 500 companies. I also prepared training materials and documentation for our internal custom ordering applications.
