Contract employee for open enrollment.Explain features of Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) medical benefits with FSA's, dental, vision to hourly employees and process their enrollment requests. For the salaried employees, explain features of HSA and HRA medical benefits, dental, vision, short and long term disability, AD&D, flexible spending accounts, employer paid life for employee, spouse and children and complete their enrollment requests.Complete online enrollments and Life Events in UltiPro system.Answer employee phone calls and resolve issues related to benefits eligibility, payroll, vacation, onboarding, I-9 requirements, leave of absence and FMLA rules, password resets, and 401(K) enrollment forms. For team members who weren't eligible for benefits, I guided them to the Marketplace for ACA medical and dental coverage. Document all customer interactions from calls and emails fully and accurately using the ServiceNow HRIS program. Escalate cases involving system, payroll and data issues. Continue in HR Resource Center after open enrollment for W-2 and general HR inquiries.
