The role focuses on staff support and development, customer experience and the quality of training.Supporting the team to deliver high quality training to the customer, by keeping them motivatedand up skilled through contact in the form of regular meetings, on site assessments, training days, either individually or as a group and promoting team and head office relationships. Leading by example in my own behaviors, knowledge and skills.A major part of the role is to visit customers and listen to their needs and current requirements in an ever changing NHS, this identifies the direction of the upgrade path or training requirement and allows the team to be proactive to provide the best possible experience for the customer.
