As a Solutions Architect at Red Hat, I have extensive experience in the TME (Telco, Media, and Entertainment), Healthcare and Insurance sectors, enabling sales teams with tailored messaging that drives revenue. I conduct technical demonstrations to showcase the value of RHEL, OpenShift, and Ansible Automation, ensuring alignment with customer needs.I lead product launches and support demand generation campaigns, helping customers onboard quickly and understand our products. In this role, I promoted the sharing and adoption of Red Hat's application platform and cloud solutions, enabling customers to define, develop, and deploy next-generation agile Telco strategies. I built strategic relationships with executives and key business leaders to advocate for Red Hat's portfolio of middleware and cloud solutions, including cloud infrastructure (OpenStack), automation (Ansible), application development, API management (3scale), and service integration, whether on-site or in the cloud, while leveraging Red Hat's overall container platform (OpenShift).

During my time as a Senior TAM, I represented Red Hat in the financial, oil/gas, and public sectors, advocating for customer needs while collaborating with sales, tech sales, and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and promote Red Hat middleware technologies (JBoss AMQ, JBoss Fuse) and OpenShift. This role involved enhancing customer experience by managing SLAs, participating in crisis resolution, and mentoring clients through technical workshops and demos on the Red Hat portfolio.I focused on identifying middleware opportunities and established myself as a recognized problem solver in decision-making meetings. Covering customers in Brazil and Chile, I led the resolution of middleware crises within Red Hat JBoss technologies, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and increased adoption of Red Hat solutions.

After nearly three years away, I returned to the company as a Solutions Architect, leading Java projects in the Telecom sector. I guided teams in developing scalable applications using JBoss and Oracle and explored emerging technologies within the R&D department to enhance project outcomes.

Worked as project leader, team lead and leader developer in projects for customer of Mining sector.In Nov/2010 been in Oman (Middle East) leading the approval of the system and training of users of this system in the country.

Within this company, I started as a member of the Java development team, focusing on an automation system for managing service orders for Telecom sector clients.
