- Support North American F&A team by preparing Journal Entries, Variance Analyses, Account Reconciliations, Amortization Schedules, etc. - Construct weekly check request payment batches for AP processing out of Unapplied Cash accounts, ensuring accuracy of support- Review, process, and post weekly employee expense reports for direct deposit reimbursements- Work comfortably with both North America and Global F&A teams at all levels, ensuring a balance of rapport and efficiency

- Update and maintain SAP Concur Travel and Expense program; including management of 9,000 user employee roster with several custom fields- Configure Expense system to streamline report creation, approval, and workflows- Build and schedule custom Intelligence reports for management- Assist company employees with Travel and Expense issues and concerns daily by phone, e-mail, and chat (Skype/Teams)- Oversee others in processing employee expense reports with minimal errors

- Communicate with and assist customers daily over telephone, in writing, and in person.- Perform entire monthly billing cycle, from meter export to final bill processing using Springbrook software- Process daily payments via Image Cash Letter, E-Lockbox, and ACH- Enter, arrange, qualify, quantify, and analyze data, including presenting results and recommendations for process improvement- Create, close, and manage customer water service accounts utilizing Springbrook software- Confer with Utilities crew and management to organize prompt and effective service to customers

- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware/software on multiple computer systems and peripherals.- Record billable time entries; print, edit, and mail client account statements monthly utilizing Lexis Nexis PC Law Software.- Interface with clients over the phone and in person.- Generate and print varying documents and spreadsheets in Word and Excel.
