• Supporter of the IT Department's commitment in the management and delivery of about thirty business and IT projects• In charge of the maintenance of all 70 to 80 applications• Contributor in the definition of the IT and Digital strategy• Guarantor of an IS architecture in compliance with the principles and standards established by the group• Management of a team of 50 head counts (project managers, architects, technical leader, developers) • Recruitment, purchases of IT services (management, package, integrators, service centers, maintenance) • Management of the department's load plan, purchases and budget

• Leading of the transversal SOA initiative study dealing with the definition of the methodology, development tools, application infrastructure and governance, to enable the development and deployment of SGCIB applications in the context of SOA• Defining corporate technical standards including Integration (ETL, ESB), Monitoring, Software Factories, Web services, BRMS, ORM tools• Governance model definition and platform setup for managing software quality

• Within the group of the 4 main architects to build the methodological and technical foundations for the overall revamping of the Information System ☞ give birth to technical frameworks, software factory and agile development method based on a component approach derived from SOA• Functional/Application/Technical architecture of the new system• In charge of the communication, training, promotion and support of the foundations towards the development teams in a world wide context

• Specify and build an online system that any world wide client can use for purchasing commercial & financial information about companies all around the world• The system is deployed over about 10 countries over 4 continents. Pilot projects are performed in Singapour and New Haven (USA)• Draw a distributed data basis architecture• Design a develop a company rating engine based on BRMS (Business Rules Management System)• Design and develop a communication gateway for performing data exchange between coface and its clients & partners• Manage 7 IT people working in an agile approach• Animation of a world wide user group aiming at measuring the satisfaction and getting the drivers for future changes

• Develop IT systems as a contractor for big french companies (Alcatel, Matra, Alstom)
