Special Project Director, International Business Division.Tcl Communication 2016 - 2019Shenzhen City, ChinaBased at Shenzhen (China), TCL Communication HQ : In order to develop the APAC business and its profitability (≈200M$ NetRev), 1/ Coordinating the APAC product roadmap definition - dedicated products fitting APAC market needs (RAM/ROM, Screen sizes, Frequency bands, 4G feature sets) as well as the multi-brand management (Alcatel, TCL), the products launches (in particular Technical Approvals tracking). 2/ Coordinating and approving RFQ, Business Plans and Business Deals.• RFQ to Telecom Groups as Telenor (MY, TH, BD, MM), SingTel (AU, SG), Vodaphone (AU, IN, NZ). Examples of Business Plans developed with success : • 4G Smart Feature Phones, equipped with the KaiOS technology, for Reliance JIO (India),10 Mu from 2016. • 4G USB Keys for Vodafone (IN, AU), Airtel (IN), Idea (IN), around 200 Ku per year, from 2016. This first success with Vodaphone India allowed us to develop the 4G USB Key in Europe from 2017.3/ Budget Plan preparation & P&L tracking.Conducted complete studies of partnerships for business developments in "Made In Local" countries as India, Indonesia & Algeria. In 2014, I set-up the 1st 4G Smartphone Assembly & Packing line in Turkey, in partnerships with Vodafone Turkey (the customer) and Vestel (the industrial partner). Kick-off project done on mid-June 2014, first 5 Ku local products delivered to Vodafone Turkey by end of August 2014. In 2015, in the context of the EMEA restructuring, I ensured the management of the new MEA Business Unit (set-up a legal entity at Dubai, a MEA global organization, MEA P&L, 300M$ NetRev).I contributed in the satisfaction of operational results (NetRev, GP, CM, OP) - a turnover x3 between 2007 and 2015, a product volume from 7.5 Mu to 22.1 Mu - and this through annual plans to improve operational efficiency (Order fulfilment closed to 95% , a delivery quality at 97%, transport costs flat between 2007 and 2015 on EMEA, improvement of the repair service rate from 7 days to 3 days between the RC and the customer).Team management : 45 people -
