Hi, I’m Chris, a military veteran and recruiter with over 18 years of service in the U.S. Army. I have a passion for helping others achieve their goals and dreams, whether it’s in the military or in the civilian world.During my military career, I participated in various deployments and training missions, where I honed my leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. I also received several awards and commendations for my outstanding performance and dedication.As a military recruiter, I helped hundreds of candidates find their ideal career path in the US Army. I guided them through the application process, the physical and mental tests, and preparing them for basic training. I also provided them with mentorship, support, and advice throughout their journey. I’m still in the US Army, serving as a Sergeant First Class and current position of Operations Manager. I’m responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of eight Recruiting Battalions, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I also plan and execute projects, validate waivers and exceptions to policy, data analysis, and improve the overall performance across the organization.As an Operations Manager, I have developed strong skills in technical proficiency, data processing, product development, quality control, and risk management. I use various tools and software to automate and optimize business processes, track and analyze data, and design and implement solutions.
