Proxy Aviation is a UAV/C4ISR technology company that pioneered software for operating multiple networked UAV's with sensors and weapon systems to accomplish more complex ISR and counter-IED missions. In this position I negotiated the development and licensing of an advanced composite airframe with the Korean Aerospace Research Institute, oversaw the Series B and C financings, and managed the successful transition to a revenue-stage contractor with the US Air Force.
