I am a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran, with a solid background in Logistics/Embarkation. That opportunity instilled the building blocks for Project Management and diversified Customer Service on a global scale. I’ve always had a deep interest and passion for all things technology, and currently I am fortifying those skills to form the foundation for a career I truly believe in. As a certified Desktop Support Specialist, I possess extended experience in a break/fix environment; acquired hands on experience in Installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting, and Upgrading hardware components and Software Platforms; in additional to Network Administration, Diagnosis, Identification, and Implementing Securities over a Network. My growing skill set is based on the formal education I received at Per Scholas in concert with dedicated self-study and a natural passion. In a previous position, I worked for the Doe Fund as a Lead Site Supervisor, training and monitoring staff/trainees alike in meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance. As a supervisor, I learned the value of leadership by example, and my dedication to quality quickly rubbed off on the employees I managed. In the Logistics/Warehouse sector I held a shipping/tagging position, which involved intense manual labor that instilled strength in character and the appreciation in the governance and effort on how things get done. I learned to work in a structured hierarchy of authority, and the value of accountability. That combined with my experience with the Marines gives me extraordinary diligence and integrity in my professional endeavors. With my experience, passion, and skill set I know I can be a valuable asset to any organization.
