I am an experienced engineering leader with a background in both delivery team leadership and functional/project governance modelling and application, covering all phases of the programme life-cycles and business delivery models within large and medium sized engineering businesses. I have a robust, process led approach to project and product delivery leading large, small and diverse engineering teams to successfully deliver to challenging objectives while managing customer's expectations.With a focus on risk, issue and change management, and a strong belief in building solid cross functional teams and individuals to deliver to targets, I continually look to improve project delivery systems through efficiency modelling and challenging established practices, processes and strategy to interrogate for continued fitness for use in a rapidly changing environment. I have experience in managing all aspects and disciplines of product design (Systems, Software, Hardware, Mechanical, etc.) as well as product assurance and product sign-off activities, and across several locations and cultures (China, India, Korea, Europe, etc.).
