About Christine Sanders

I am a highly motivated CIPD qualified HR Professional and Personal Development Coach with experience within both Private and Public sector organisations. With roots in the Oil industry, I have developed skills and experience across Early Careers Programmes, UK and International HR Operational roles, Change Management and communications, before focusing on empowering individuals to excel in their careers. I am currently working as an HR Business Partner within an Education Trust, responsible for the delivery of an HR Service into two schools; one secondary and one primary.Prior to this , I spent 9 years leading the implementation of employability interventions into a secondary school in Bucks. This involved formalising career activities within the school to support the 8 Career Benchmarks, and building relationships with local employers and academic institutions. I also networked closely with schools across Bucks. As part of my coaching role, I have been delivering bespoke programmes into schools, most recently at Eton. These workshops include 'World of Work', interviewing, Assessment Centre processes and Communication/collaboration.I have a passion for energising, motivating and building confidence in individuals and teams, through 1:1 coaching sessions and workshops. I like to help individuals recognise and believe in their potential and identify their key skills to support their development. I really enjoy being involved in big projects, and the communications/change management associated with these. I have a Certificate in Coaching and am qualified as a BPS Level A & B assessor, so can provide feedback on the psychometric tools.
