I teach a variety of yoga classes in many styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Hot. I teach private sessions as well as special workshops. I have developed a specialty in teaching Yoga Kurunta or wall ropes yoga.Additionally as manager of the West One Tree Yoga studio I provide local support to our owner. I am in charge of operations at the studio which includes financial accounting, scheduling and communication with teachers, support staff, and clients.
