In 2018, I had the opportunity to be part of the IBL loyalty Rewards Programme project called wiiv as the consultant for the communication of the launching. In 2019, I had been appointed to manage all the wiiv's operations. One of our great demonstration of our success is that wiiv had been highly commended in the international category of Best Loyalty Programme Launch and Winner in the Regional Loyalty Champion Award for Middle East and Africa by The Loyalty Magazine Awards (London) in June 2020.10 years before, I joined the Corporate Services of IBL as Senior Manager – Communication & CSR. My main responsibilities were to develop strategies aimed at renewing internal and external communication policies at corporate level and to review & put in place a Group CSR strategy. I was the linchpin of the rebranding of IBL in 2012, as well as the project leader of all the events relating to IBL’s 40th anniversary. I was also responsible for the creation of IBL Foundation which is in charge of about 100 social projects annually. Before joining IBL, I had been working in the fields of communication and marketing for more than 10 years in Canada. I started in an agency specialised in direct marketing, then moved to Publicis Canada where she acted as advisor, administrator as well as supervisor of projects and of customer service. I was also a marketing and sales advisor of the Canadian “Grands Ballets”. I was then employed by Air Liquide Canada where I spearheaded various projects of internal communication before becoming Senior Consultant in a Public Relations agency. Simultaneously, I contributed thrice as main author of a guide entitled “Quartiers Gourmands” (2004 to 2006) which knew great success of sales (bestseller in 2004) and obtained the prize of “Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2006” in the category of francophone books. I hold a Baccalaureate in Political Science from Montreal University, a D.E.S.G and a Master in Marketing from the “Hautes Études Commerciales”.

Group Ibl Loyalty ManagerIbl Together, Mauritius Jun 2018 - PresentMauritiusAct as the manager of the wiiv program, the multi-partner loyalty programme of IBL with a team of 10 persons. With around 50% of the Mauritian households as members on the programme, wiiv is the biggest loyalty programme of Mauritius. Winner in 2020 of the Loyalty Magazine Awards in the category of the Regional Award - Middle East & Africa and highly commended for the best launch, wiiv is unique on the Mauritian market. Since 2023, I also act as the Product owner in our own loyalty platform development project called Pulse Loyalty. Pulse Loyalty had been recently launched.
