Within Intelligence Group I was involved in a sales project for its sister organisation Campaign Group. My goal was to acquire new assignments of pontantial or current clients. I achieved this by visiting organisations and organising lunch meetings among others.

Apart from activities and responsibilities as a Consultant, I was responsible for the development in accordance with the policy of Content on an establishements level. I wrote sales reports and –analyses and I was a member of several project teams within the organisation to improve work proceedings and to guide new colleagues.

My main responsibility within this job was to recruit administrative staff -mbo and hbo level- for different clients. At Content I was responsible for the whole trajectory of acquisition to the negotiation about salaries and recruitmentfees. This meant that I acquired new vacancies with potential and current clients, I held interviews with candidates and connecting them to the right vacancy. Last but not least I was responsible for the correct administrative procedures.

As an internship assignment I set up and executed a survey about the audience of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra. The research question I was given: how did the audience of the orchestra value the subscription series for the concerts. Based on this question I developed a questionnaire and shared this with the audience before and after the concerts of the orchestra.
