For the Bachelorprogramme it concerned the course Humanities and Society. Together with my colleague I was responsible for the content of the course and provided lectures. For the Masterprogramme of Communication and Information Sciences I was involved in the course Internship & Communication Consultancy. The research question I was given: how did the audience of the orchestra value the subscription series for the concerts. Based on this question I developed a questionnaire and shared this with the audience before and after the concerts of the orchestra. This advice was taken to heart and where the orchestra offered a set series of 7 concerts for one subscription, this was adjusted to a series of 4 set concerts and 3 that could be chosen freely.
