In my work I operate on the spectrum of human differences, designing systems which enable the workforce to address these differences in a productive and valuable way. Human uniqueness brings unending potential for growth but is also the most complex resource to tap into. On one side of the spectrum as Executive Coach I facilitate growth through focus on peoples strengths. On the other side of the spectrum my Conflict en System Design specialisation contributes to organisations ability to spot conflict potential and design systems to give meaning to these conflicts in order to drive change.By nature I have an extreme quality orientation that leads me to focus on areas of strength within both people and opportunities around me. Instead of fixing weaknesses, unwittingly my whole life I've been developing strategies to bend the rules in order to increase my chances of creating fun and excitement in everything I do. Throughout my childhood I've often felt a foreigner, moving from one side of the country to another, starting over in divers environments most of the time I didn't fit in, and I honestly never tried to! This is where my 'Foreign to the usual' mindset originates from. I simply don't believe in the 'obvious' or 'logical', instead I love questioning everything thats near the 'known' and that brings me a lot of joy. In a way 'not fitting in' was the best uncomfortable experience ever :-DOn a daily basis I get to discover what drives people to produce their best work ever.
