My role supports the organization’s goals in talent acquisition, retention, payroll & tax compliance, benefit administration, onboarding, and employee engagement. I partner with managers in the organization and provide guidance for its people and culture. I have led training groups within the organization on timekeeping compliance, onboarding, talent acquisition, & retention.
