I mainly hired and trained employees along with customer service and management. Billing and accounting maintenance through the QuickBooks programing. Utilized multi skills to run each part of the company as in any small startup you do what needs to be done. This allowed me to learn to be flexible, customer focus and learn that I with a focus and if needed; additional training can do just about anything required. Proudly, learned a lot about running a business but more about me as a human being!
