My role as a shift supervisor at the Addison location for Puttshack comes with the responsibilities to complete venue opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth operations during popular hours by effectively managing resources and allocation for staff, and managing cash handling procedures, such as minimizing discrepancies, and my favorite, which is respond to and resolve guest questions and concerns.

Traveling to three different cities, Pittsburgh, Addison, and Philadelphia, I was a certified trainer for the receptionist/game department for Puttshack. I provided ongoing support for individuals and offered guidance as they navigated their role at Puttshack. I worked with other trainers to implement hands-on activities during training sessions, and conducted post-training follow-ups to ensure the knowledge of Puttshack's standards were transfered and applied throughout the department.

As a bartender and server, I served high guest volumes during special events and weekends, I serve food and beverages promptly with focused attention to guests needs, and maintained a clean and organized dining area to uphold restaurant hygiene standards.
