I led a team of 40 or more people remodeling big box retailers like Walmart, overnight. I had to come in overnight, and go over planograms with a Walmart traveling manager. WE would come up with a strategy to rearrange everything by store opening. The projects would take anywhere from 3-4 months and then my crew would move to a new city. I had to take care of payroll, schedules and making sure everybody was accommodated in their hotels.
