I've worked with product growth and new product launches. My responsibilities include:- Leading new product launches, from user identification and needs analysis to devising effective strategies for user engagement and conversion.- Developing and refining go-to-market strategies, with continuous adjustments based on feedback loops, tests, and company targets during the execution phase.- Enhancing existing product performance by virality and creating great moment for users to share.- Making referral system a visible and usable tool for people to invite others. Thanks to the efforts I managed to: - Drop Customer Acquisition Cost(CAC) by 60%- Grow revenue by 40%- Bring trial-to-paid to 70%- Make referrals one of the best acquisition channels for the companyTo achieve my goals, I leverage a combination of qualitative and quantitative data, incorporating surveys, interviews, user testing, and market trends analysis. I utilize tools such as user personas, Customer Journey Maps (CJMs), and detailed roadmaps and flows to guide and inform the entire product development process.

I was a leader of the growth team. During that time I:- Created qualitative and quantitative growth models based on the JTBD framework and available data. Defined the product's long-term growth direction. - Identified key security risks of the growth model. Added various mechanisms to protect the growth model at different levels of the model.- Established a system for communicating common goals, objectives, and strategy to each team member, so that the teams achieved alignment of actions and goals. - Worked a lot with establishing systems for creation of user- and company-generated content, referral system and great user experience for learners and tutors.Thanks to these efforts, I grew the product from 20M MRR to 60M+ MRR.

Led development of customized Learning Management and Analytics Platform.From its initial stages, I collaborated closely with the development, design, and mentoring teams, ensuring the platform was tailored to meet our specific needs and requirements. Throughout the process, my focus remained on putting users at the forefront, striving to create products that truly catered to their preferences and desires. To achieve this, I applied a mix of research methods, both qualitative and quantitative.After initial release of the product worked on spending optimization by working with development and learning teams, replacing external services and optimizing usability. After product achieved all of internal goals, I also managed to release it as an external product for B2B customers. Worked on making it's onboarding smooth and frictionless. Eventually achieved 13m+MRR by working with value proposition, sales and various JTBDs.

Had the opportunity to start one of the top EdTechs on the market from scratch. Went through market research, found a team, product launch, first cohort of users, PMF search and growth process. Did a tremendous amount of research, testing and changes. Was responsible for marketing, positioning, finance, and product strategy.Achieved significant growth through being user-centric, data-driven and running lots of experiments. Product is still one of the best in it's field with community of over 20k alumni.

I lectured on themes of: research, unit economics and customer development. My duties included conducting live classes with students, checking their paperwork, and giving feedback. I really enjoyed helping people learn the right skills to find their first job and develop further.

- Launched five offline courses for journalists with MAUs of each 50+- Moved the journalism school to an online format and increased its attendance fivefold in three months working with the marketing team and user research- Launched 5 in-house management courses on working with data, Agile methodologies and people management- Increased completion rate of courses to 50p.p., working with the educational processes, user needs and the learning platform
