In this part time position, I provided hospitality for all Westwood Community buildings during evening and weekend hours. I assisted guests with the Fellowship One check in program to record attendance and supported multiple ministries and ministry team projects. Additionally, I was responsible for final nightly security sweep at closing time.

I coordinated and led the timely, accurate and consistent delivery of a defined formal project plan. As such, I ensured all project specifications were adhered to, as well as ensured that all customer and client concerns were appropriately addressed. I worked closely with other Project Coordinators to provide support and recommendations for programmatic implementation and change in order to successfully stay within program parameters.

I was responsible for monitoring net margins and submitting invoices to management for final approval as well as developing and presenting on-going staff training.
