• Manage and advocate for a team of full-time and freelance Senior Legal Content Specialists working remotely. • Advise on content strategy for eLearning and HR print and online platforms. • Evaluate and respond to Marketing, Sales, and Customer requests for new content and inquiries about existing content. • Collaborate extensively with Sales, Marketing, Events, Learning & Development, Product, and Design teams to support client experience and expand product library.• Continue to perform all Senior Editor (now Senior Content Specialist, Training) tasks in assigned subject matter areas.

• Collaborate with Learning & Development and Design teams to take content from concept to fully developed virtual and instructor led training.• Collaborate with external and internal subject matter expert and acted as subject matter expert to write new content and update existing content for both custom virtual training and off-the-shelf virtual and instructor led training materials for a wide range of HR and compliance topics.• Continue to perform many Senior Editor tasks.

• Develop, create, manage, and support content for various print and digital resources, including HR.BLR.com and HRLaws.com, with a focus on diversity, workplace civility, compliant use of technology, and “soft skills.” • Manage annual update of 50 Employment Laws in 50 States, a 1,200+ pg manual giving brief summaries of 78 topics for every state and Canada: o Coordinate with practicing attorneys at separate firms in each state to update content o Put attorneys’ updates in book files in InCopy, doing supplemental research and working with internal Legal Editors to vet and update material when outside attorneys fail to submit materials o Set production schedule and manage process with other departments, including Art & Design, Production, and Fulfillment o Determine when topics need to be updated or added• Regularly review content being created for paid products to identify material that can be repurposed in both paid and promotional products.
