Focus on account management by sourcing salient and branded corporate merchandise that best meet our clients brand strategies.• Source, develop and quote promotional products that are in-line with the client’s branding strategies and timelines• Collaborate with design and marketing to build creative product designs• Create presentation of sourced items with clear explanation of selected products• Communicate with vendors to secure program pricing, program suggestions, art-proof approvals, logistic issues and any other inquiries• Monitor and analyze product life cycle to determine account strategies and future opportunities• Ownership of line list which includes all details needed to order products• Ensure SKU identification and program margins is consistent across all programs• Approve all pre-production samples ensuring all decoration is correct before moving forward into full production• Review and analyze inventory reports to better understand what items are moving and thereby aid in the assessment of new product additions• Collaborate with e-Solutions Account Managers to determine account strategies and future opportunities• Work closely with the tech team to ensure all products are being uploaded correctly into SPIRE and on the e-store

Provide support to the Category Director in Cold Weather and Rainwear products.• Obtain FOB prices and ensure accurate completion of costing sheets, price lists and assortment plans• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop presentation catalogues, line boards, trend and mood boards• Manage multiple showrooms and visually merchandise seasonal flips based on trends and customer meetings • Prepare all specifications packages through PLM for overseas orders• Resolves production and packaging issues with overseas manufacturers• Communicate with internal/external contacts regarding vendor worksheets and EDI orders• Approve all packaging details including hangtags, content labels and price tickets• Manage fit test and production confirmation for all Canada development • Generate sale analysis to identify product activities and develop merchandise strategy/forecasts for following season product meetings• Monitor inventory and available to sell reports for all agents and accounts - ensuring all merchandise is being sold off• Effectively track purchase orders to ensure on-time product delivery from oversea factories

Responsible for providing support to the Senior Business Associate in assigned product group. (Cold Weather and Rain Products)• Manage the item/SKU setup process across multiple brands.• Handle sample inventory for both Isotoner and Totes branded products.• Maintain product showrooms and visually merchandise seasonal showroom flips.• Responsible for ordering finished products and ensuring on-time delivery of products from factory to warehouse.• Prepare all specification packages through Web PDM for overseas manufacturing.• Create seasonal sales and inventory reports for internal analysis.
