Physiotherapists and other allied health professionals have a unique position and opportunity compared to other healthcare professionals, to engage with their clients at a more personal level and to have the potential to change their lives for the better. As a physiotherapist I relish the opportunities that I get every day to be able to see and treat my clients as a whole, and not just as a body part that needs fixing. I am passionate about not just resolving my clients' symptoms, but also ensuring that they are well on the track to a healthier and fitter lifestyle at the end of the day. We'd all like to be able to come to a health professional whom they can trust if someone in their family needed help - I'd love to be that health professional for all my clients and friends :)
