We are a husband-wife team passionate about understanding all aspects of the body in order to facilitate healing and optimise potential. Whether it is helping the body to recover from an injury or simply wanting to achieve greater quality of movement, mobility or strength, we are constantly exploring new ways to work most effectively and efficiently with the body. We enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and have a keen interest in back pain treatment, resolving neck and shoulder tension, dance and sport injuries, and also pre- & post-natal recovery and conditioning.
