I manage different brands at the same time where I had to update and create components, mockups and test all designs for the World shipping brands like Container Port Group, HupPal, World Scope, UWL Transportation, Middlebay Transportation and Bristol Transportation.Main tasks executed in the project: Create the design system for the main app for world shipping called Hubpal.Being part of the communication with the development team to discuss and improve their process.Create prototypes and mockups for all the brands.Create Test Cases and bring new ideas to the business team related to the user experience.Improve the navigation and accessibility on all the world shipping apps.

-Create and perform interviews and test cases to gather the information about the project.-Analyze and discuss with the business analysts and products owners about the project.-Present design solutions based on the research and the discussions with the team.-Provide the necessary mockups and animations or micro interactions to the development team.-Test and validate the designsOne of the most important things I did here was to show the client how important it is to do research before moving to the development stage. Also, the client saw how much money they can save if you validate the designs first.
