Management of projects includes administration, or controlling, or executing, or planning, neverthless it goes beyond those, and involves to lead the team, the business, the customer and the context to guide the project to the success.The Project Manager needs to have the experience and skills necessary to lead and execute projects successfully. However, as PM, I always go beyond than merely executing tasks. I also commit myself to analyze and solve problems, which allows me to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes and results. Finally, at every task, every project, and every opportunity, I aim to act as an inspiring and motivating leader, which allows me to create a positive and collaborative work environment. Accountability, commitment, and value added are my identifying characteristics.Since the beginning of my work life, 25 years ago, just to the present, I had the opportunity to develop my career on several of the major industries on the world, from iron and steel to mining, to pulp and paper, and oil and gas, always as a leader of teams and contracts, in a very wide variety of projects involving processes, sites, machinery and facilities construction, to all levels of automation implementation projects, from hardware to software and high level manufacturing execution systems, applying a wide mix of project methodologies from predictive to agile, and hybrid also.In the past years to the present very excited to develop in a the challenging area of renewables energies emerged from the new world changes and tendencies, implementing projects for Battery Energy Storage Systems for solar, wind and conventional power plant compensation, in projects of tens of MWh, to embrace the new concept of sustainability as the driver of this evolution of the energy technology.
