I oversee studio operations, including managing artists' needs, maintaining material supplies, and ensuring the studio runs efficiently. I handle our Artsy account, coordinating all related meetings and managing inventory. Additionally, I lead fabrication workshops and ensure alignment with strategic goals. My role involves identifying and cultivating partnerships, negotiating agreements, and maintaining alliances with organizations such as Amnesty International, Philadelphia Free Library, Circle of Brotherhood, Doulas en Espanol, Saatchi Art, and NYC Department of Labor. I track and manage partner relationships, engage with them through newsletters and surveys, and collaborate with the Digital Team on resource hubs and onboarding programs. I also spearhead grant proposal development, design marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, and evaluate market trends to inform strategic decisions. I served as the main point of contact for galleries, museums, venues, art fairs, brand collaborations, and private clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution of projects. I partnered with high-profile clients, celebrities, and brands for exceptional collaborations, oversaw art handling and transportation, and managed production at our international studio in Paris. I handled crating, shipping, digital archives, and inventory using Artbase, created production schedules, managed budgets, and ensured quality control. Additionally, I led exhibition production, planning, and installation, coordinating with vendors and fabricators to deliver outstanding results.
