Collaboratively, we fortified our streaming infrastructure and forged strategic partnerships, notably with Triton, to bolster our digital revenue streams. Leading the charge in migrating from antiquated traffic software to Marketron Visual Traffic for all stations was another feather in our cap. This initiative laid the groundwork for the successful launch of our digital marketing services, leveraging Marketron NXT to cater to the diverse needs of our markets.

Transitioning to the role of General Manager for KMYX & KBDS in Bakersfield, CA at the onset of 2010 marked a pivotal juncture in my career. Over the ensuing 9 years, I not only led our team to achieve the most profitable year in the station's history but also dedicated myself to building our client base and fostering relationships with business owners, aiding them in nurturing and expanding their businesses. Additionally, I took pride in spearheading the Cesar Chavez Community Celebration, an event that flourished to attract 20,000 attendees at its peak.

Despite not being a fluent Spanish speaker, I meticulously curated playlists and nurtured talent, propelling us to the coveted #1 position.
