• Research, compile and approve information pertaining to corporate action events within domestic and global markets. Notify internal/external and DVP accounts regarding upcoming corporate action events for which they qualify. Instruct Depository with client instructions.• Asset Master Admin. Research Bloomberg and DTCC to create asset master files for new and updated securities. Create asset master files for all equities and debt instruments (ie common stock, preferred, ADRs, Treasury notes/bonds/bills, CMOs, convertible/non convertible bonds

• Research, interpret, notify, and process domestic/international corporate action announcements for SEI trust accounts. Corporate Action events include stock splits, spin-offs, optional dividends, mergers, tender offers, election mergers, exchange offers, dutch auctions and remarketing offers.• Reconcile DTCC depository payments and security positions affected by corporate actions. Perform cost basis analysis on complicated Corporate Action events.
