About Chad Bennett
Chad has over 20 years of experience with water treatment infrastructure and technologies. He has worked with dairy operations on design and construction of pollution mitigation projects to protect the drinking water supply for the city of Syracuse NY. He has helped design dozens of membrane filtration systems for municipal drinking water and wastewater treatment across Canada and the United States. Those ranged from small community drinking water projects to limit of technology nutrient removal from a 75 MGD wastewater discharge. Chad has also helped design water reuse projects from groundwater injection that prevents saltwater intrusion along the coast of California to the first municipal wastewater to drinking water project in the United States. Chad has helped develop and deploy mobile water treatment systems for industrial applications from infant formula production to chemical plant wastewater. Currently he is supporting a variety of military and industrial remediation projects with focus on transition from PFAS based fire suppression systems to PFAS free systems. This work reduces occupational exposure for first responders as well as the communities they serve.
