I was hired as a laborer at Lyon in 2005. My duties included filling orders, loadingfor customers and maintaining the warehouse. By early 2006, I had beenpromoted to running and operating a CNC hydraulic press and maintained thisposition for two years. In 2008, I became a shop foreman and and supervisedeight men while operating the MRS roll forming line. In 2010, I became theLogistics Coordinator for Lyon Roofing. I kept this position whilesimultaneously building and managing the pawn shop business, an entity ofLyon Roofing. Once I had established the infrastructure for the pawn shop, Ireturned full time to Lyon Roofing as the Regional Sales Manager/LogisticsCoordinator.
