From 2002 until 2007, I was the litigation attorney for the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. I handled disciplinary actions and appeals involving physicians, physician assistants, acupuncturists and surgical assistants. I also provide legal advice to the Board and its investigators. I now assist physicians, dentists, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists and other professionals with disciplinary actions, investigations, appeals and application matters before their respective boards and licensing agencies. I also served as a felony prosecutor in Jefferson County, Kentucky from 1996 through 2002. This unique experience has benefited a number of professional clients who found themselves faced with an issue that has both criminal and professional licensure implications.
