Created DFIN's Chad's Tagging Utility "CTU" that each month auto-tags roughly 9,000+ 8-K Current Repot SEC filings for many of the largest U.S. companies. Developed software that auto-merges multiple interactive data filings into a single filing. Created, reviewed, consulted thousands of regulatory compliance filings and registration statements with the SEC. Developed DFIN's Platinum validation level which contains roughly 2,000 highly dynamic rules focused on data quality.
