CurrentDevelop validation, reporting, process, and XBRL creation software using Visual Basic, ASP.Net, C#, XML, HTML, iXBRL, XBRL, JavaScript, and SQL. Created DFIN's Chad's Tagging Utility "CTU" that each month auto-tags roughly 9,000+ 8-K Current Repot SEC filings for many of the largest U.S. companies. Developed software that auto-merges multiple interactive data filings into a single filing. Created, reviewed, consulted thousands of regulatory compliance filings and registration statements with the SEC. Developed DFIN's Platinum validation level which contains roughly 2,000 highly dynamic rules focused on data quality. Developed the conversion report and taxonomy migration tool for the ActiveDisclosure platform. Created numerous other validations, reports, and creation software features.Passed two sections of the CPA the first attempt; the Auditing and Attestation (AUD) and Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR).
