This project assessed the overall SAP state and led to several efforts:• Lockbox Implementation: Creation of a pre-processing program designed to increase hit rate and custom report to aid post processing.• Dunning: Configuration, Testing and Delivery.• Security: Executed as-is analysis and role overhaul.• Training: Coordinated the Training effort for the Genesis 1.1 Project across Governance to Reporting (FI-New GL, PCA, AR, AP, AM, FSCM)

A global SAP solution delivering standard business processes across the entire enterprise. Coordinated SAP FI implementation. Successfully led all phases of project including blueprint, realization, design and test, conversion and initial go-live support. Led the configuration effort for the BEMIS solution across Governance to Reporting (FI-New GL, PCA, AR, AP, AM, FSCM) and Treasury. Implemented New G/L utilizing Profit Center with zero balancing to support Inter-Company Code Balance Sheets. The New G/L effort included custom substitution with user exit to enable eliminations via Partner Profit Center in ECCS. FI liaison to BW for data mapping and reporting needs. Areas of responsibility:• Manage Corporate- Governance to Reporting. Led configuration efforts surrounding New GL/Document Splitting, Authorization Groups and all base FI set-up (CoA, Document Types, Field Status Groups).• Manage Customer- Quote to Cash. Led configuration efforts surrounding Manage Credit (Credit Control Areas, Automatic Credit Checking), Payment Card (Card Types, Card Categories, Blocking Reasons, Security and Encryption) and all base AR set-up (Account Groups, Document Types, Field Status Groups).• Manage Vendor- Procurement to Payment. Led configuration efforts surrounding Tolerance Settings from MM and all base AP set-up (Account Groups, Document Types, Field Status Groups)• Manage Treasury- Led configuration efforts surrounding Payment Program, Positive Pay, Check Clearing, Lockbox, FSCM (COL- Collections Management, CLM- Cash and Liquidity Management, DM- Dispute Management)

AMCOR PET NA went live with SAP Asset Accounting in FY 2004. At that time, approximately 18,000 assets were converted from their Legacy system to SAP 4.6. All Assets were loaded with the appropriate book 01 data. The tax books created were not loaded. The Tax Book Project converted over 700,000 data points in SAP and enabled SAP to become the sole sorce for AMCOR PET NA asset information.

Integrated multiple software Enterprise Resource Planning solution to be delivered to Caterpillar Dealerships worldwide. Developed as a best of breed software solution, DBSi utilizes the SAP (R/3, BW) software package for financials (GL, AP, AR and BW), management reporting (CCA, PCA, PA, IO and BW), credit management, asset management, purchasing, project systems (PS) and treasury. In the DBSi Project, SAP is interfaced through CrossWorlds integration software to other software packages including: Siebel (CRM), Exact (Rental) and DBS (Core Sales).
